good product and strong brand

Cons

very poor compensation plan for all sales roles. Upper management was very unresponsive. The general feeling is that sales should do their job for their base salary only. Operations is a total mess which greatly impacts compensation of sales people.

Personal Time Off is generous.

Cons

Truly inexperienced Home Center Management Team resulting in poor Leadership and ineffective management of a Sales Team. Lack of transparency in bonus calculations. Unrealistic Territory assignments due to lack of proper staff hiring. Current Leadership has not generated any new accounts during the last 18mths, resulting in a lost opportunity for increased revenue. Tremendous turnover in US Corporate Staff with the outcome as a in lack of oversite.
