      Pros

      They used to pay well with good benefits. But with a new CEO and almost new management team(and sales plummeting) that is sure to change.

      Cons

      I would say there is bad culture but that's not true because there is NO culture. Adding sugary snacks, Connect4 and Jenga does not create culture! Kobi is an egomaniac and brought in Marita who is even worse! Check the stock price. And it hasn't improved after 18 months with the new CEO.

      Pros

      Personal Time Off is generous.

      Cons

      Truly inexperienced Home Center Management Team resulting in poor Leadership and ineffective management of a Sales Team. Lack of transparency in bonus calculations. Unrealistic Territory assignments due to lack of proper staff hiring. Current Leadership has not generated any new accounts during the last 18mths, resulting in a lost opportunity for increased revenue. Tremendous turnover in US Corporate Staff with the outcome as a in lack of oversite.
