Pros

Plenty of PTO and decent benefits.

Cons

Too much micromanaging and disrespect happening here. The constant fight within the middle management layer resulting in procedure changes almost daily and the number of people needed to approve the most basic purchases or customer service requests make it impossible to do your job efficiently or even confidently. It has all been said, already. The posted negative reviews tell it all.

Personal Time Off is generous.

Cons

Truly inexperienced Home Center Management Team resulting in poor Leadership and ineffective management of a Sales Team. Lack of transparency in bonus calculations. Unrealistic Territory assignments due to lack of proper staff hiring. Current Leadership has not generated any new accounts during the last 18mths, resulting in a lost opportunity for increased revenue. Tremendous turnover in US Corporate Staff with the outcome as a in lack of oversite.
