Crappy management. Will take one skanillion years to clear your payroll to even begin training at all. Then will proceed to not be flexible with you. Poor communication on management’s behalf; expect you to cater to them but can’t offer the same respect to your time. Very unprofessional. You need to communicate with your employees & offer the same grace you expect yourself. Not to mention any of the hierarchy & pecking order games that can be found in dynamic of these sort of workplaces. Step carefully or be stuck in toxicity. Although, you just may get judged right off the bat, with prejudice. It’s always a Russian roulette with franchisees, of course.
