Functions as a neoliberal corporation, does not center students, many folks are underqualified and others overqualified in their positions (mismatch), everyone is severely underpaid except for high leadership (the gap in low wages and high wages is extreme--very little middle salary exists), and leadership is flat out terrible. There is no opportunity to grow nor to move up or horizontally within the organization. You will be pigeonholed in your position for years, without promotion options nor salary raises. If you want to feel valued, innovative, and feel that you are aligned in serving students, go elsewhere.
