They try and make it fun, management treats you well, training excellent. Pay is average. Nice sign on bonus.

Takes a while for better opportunities, people a bit clicky and gossipy at times but nice most of the time.

They make you feel that you are part of a family. They pay pretty decent, they have breakfast, lunch and dinner get together and all workers are invited.

Split shifts throughout the day. Sometimes the Special Needs Coordinator only thinks about herself and not the feeling of the worker.
