Admin/clinical team passionate about helping clients learn and gain new skills. Focused on natural learning opportunities. Trama informed care for clients. Many opportunities for upward movement. When working towards BCBA, great supervision hours and teaching. Great collaboration with other fields.

Cons

Compensation could be a little more competitive.

Great work life balance. Trauma informed care. Great incentives for supervisors and BTs. BT training is thorough

Cons

BTs require 1 hour lunch, if you dont like long lunches, might make your day longer
