Pros

I have been working here for a year now and it has been so amazing!! Everyone here helps each other and the clinical supervisors are so supportive and always here to help. They will encourage you to move up and want you to success. There wasn't a time where I felt like I was loss on my job and had no help. Great place to start if you're looking into getting in BCBA. I love the kiddos here too and they make my day.

Cons

Sometimes little hours and wishing full-time was 40 hours instead of 30 hours minimum per week.

Pros

Great work life balance. Trauma informed care. Great incentives for supervisors and BTs. BT training is thorough

Cons

BTs require 1 hour lunch, if you dont like long lunches, might make your day longer
