Working at CAC is really great! Everyone is so nice and you can tell they love their job. The supervisor’s are helpful and knowledgeable. It’s overall a very welcoming environment!

Cons

I would say there isn’t cons when working here.

Great work life balance. Trauma informed care. Great incentives for supervisors and BTs. BT training is thorough

Cons

BTs require 1 hour lunch, if you dont like long lunches, might make your day longer
