Pros

Center is only open Monday through Friday. For BT’s there is room for growth with wages and professionally. Scheduling can be accommodating for those whom are still in school.

Cons

If full time is a main priority when looking for job. Most new hire employees are for part time hours, but it doesn’t mean you can’t work your way up to full time.
