I was with the company for two years before leaving. The first year and a half was great under the original founder, however there were still some clinical management issues. There was a lot of favoritism such as individuals who are not qualified in experience nor education being moved into clinical management positions.
Many of the mid level managers and lower level supervisors were very unprofessional.
Once the founder left it only got worse, the quality of services steadily decreased in order to increase profit margins for those at the top. Most of the more reliable/professional clinicians and behavior technicians left with the founder.
And scheduling was constantly a disaster - don't ever count on what the schedule claims because it will not hold true and the individual will be held accountable to last minute changes.
