Cons

Starts at minimum wage, but if you try, you'll be making more fairly quickly

Great work life balance. Trauma informed care. Great incentives for supervisors and BTs. BT training is thorough

Cons

BTs require 1 hour lunch, if you dont like long lunches, might make your day longer
