Pros
The salary pay is nice for shorter days and you get full benefits
Cons
The pay is based off commission, but it's not commission. They expect you to complete a certain amount each month and base your salary on what they think you're capable of. You'll never hit that number due to manufacturer issues and human error with ordering, designs, etc, so it's impossible to negotiate for higher pay or more incentives even though it's not your fault, because they'll just say you haven't hit your numbers. That's how they keep the labor costs lower and bring morale and motivation down.
