      Pros

      Flexible schedule. Creative work. Lots of resources and technology if you work for a franchise that utilizes all the tools.

      Cons

      Lack of values. Treats their short or long term employees like crap in the name of money. Backstabbing at an unbelievable level but that can be the shallow and ego based interior design industry for ya. Mentally unstable manager. Yuck.

      Great culture. Being the brand of belonging resonates inside and outside of the organization. Leadership cares about team members as people and not just employees.
