Very little pay for employees with no bonuses. Managers favored the sales team over other departments (however, this is not unusual in may businesses). Employees who worked the Costco Roadshow were forced to stand all day and were strongly discouraged from taking lunch breaks. Gas was never reimbursed for Costco roadshows or sales teams. Employees had to pay for each cup of coffee.
