Extremely disorganized company. Understaffed. Management is very unprofessional, they badmouth employees and constantly have a bad attitude. Salary and benefits were not as promised at interview. Constant staff rotation. Constant pressure to sell, but since they´re understaffed there are never any install dates available. They constantly change install dates so customers are always upset and dissatisfied. The sales manager makes very inappropriate comments to employees and if you complaint to HR you get yelled at and told to take or else. Absurd rules like: Curly hair is forbidden.
