Disappointed - Sales Manager California Closets Employee Review

Great culture. Being the brand of belonging resonates inside and outside of the organization. Leadership cares about team members as people and not just employees.

Not really any cons from my perspective

Potential to make a lot of money if your sales are up You work alone, either remotely from home, in coffee shops or in the showroom and everyday is different. The other designers were wonderful and supportive.

Management does not support healthy work life balance/praises burn out. The work ethic and mindset is dated. If you want to work 24/7 and have no boundaries then you’ll do well. Expected to use your personal phone for most of the job and nothing is reimbursed. There is zero diversity on the design team and barely any in the main office.
