-essentially zero support from the company -poorly managed and run -have to buy your own laptop (with specs that make that laptop at least $900), buy your own tape measurer, laser measurer, angle measurer, back pack, even have to pay for the CAD key -job completely oversteps work-life balance, don’t even give you a work phone or separate number and put your private cell (which they don’t pay for) on company website as they make it your primary source of communication with clients
