Pros
Culture, development opportunities, career advancement, A world class brand and product(s), part of a much larger company that can then create more career options and opportunities, compensation and bonuses allow for continuous growth and financial gain, a very senior team to work with which comes from a very caring and rewarding culture. Pretty much great all around.
Cons
The economy has caused some challenges at times over the last 2 years for the commission paid employees. It has been challenging but the team has pulled together and solved much of the tough situations that presented themselves due to the economy.
