      Only pro was I got my own office and part of the staff was pleasant

      Cons

      work load was insane, designers nagging, customers nagging, unreal quotas for the month, not enough staff for the projects on hand, and playing a constant catch up game to every project

      Great culture. Being the brand of belonging resonates inside and outside of the organization. Leadership cares about team members as people and not just employees.
