Pros
The owner is such a great leader. Her vision is clear and everyone around her can have a professional conversation where your voice is heard. Roles are created based of your skills and interest.
Cons
One individual can take down a company culture. There is one person who has power that doesn't communicate with anyone in a respectful manner. All you can expect is a passive aggressive interaction. Her negative vibe has made people speak poorly on their outlook on the company. It is quite sad to see this role ruin such a growing company.
