      Pros

      Came from background in Architecture making 55k a year working 8-6 everyday. I make my own schedule everyday and made 200k my year working. This job changed my life overnight pretty much.

      Cons

      Must be a go getter. Helps to have construction background. A lot of things are out of your control. Have to deal with angry people also.
