      Pros

      Top of the line technology, competitive commission(they just lowered it). Well known brand is easy to self market.

      Cons

      Disorganized management, Inconsistent pay. Poor marketing, low company provided leads. Overly standard product. Not enough variety or customization options. custom options are very expensive. Loosing to competition

      Great culture. Being the brand of belonging resonates inside and outside of the organization. Leadership cares about team members as people and not just employees.
