      Pros

      Top of line technology, good product, good sales cycle, good Installers

      Cons

      I have worked for 2 locations. I applied and interviewed for a full time sales position. It is not even nearly part time with 1 lead every 10 days. I have a high close rate but there are too many sales people in our region. There are no benefits besides health insurance option.

      Great culture. Being the brand of belonging resonates inside and outside of the organization. Leadership cares about team members as people and not just employees.
