Pros

If you are under 30 and looking for a career, this is as good as any. Total job security. Great benefits.

Cons

Very slow to promote. They are not looking for outsiders. The promotion system is totally closed to outsiders, even though the web site and testing make it seem otherwise.

- engaging work environment - supportive

Cons

- you can only register for benefits starting July 1 or Feb 1 if you're an permanent intermittent (at least 6 months in). So if you were hired in Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec, you have you want till next July 1 for benefits.
