Not bad. I was paid 16.50 hourly, was part time, and did the pretty typical waiter things. I liked that they took their time training me.

Cons

Main complaint would be about the upper management, who we didn't see much of in day to day operations. They made the decision to force the usage of the self serve kiosks, which made the customers mad, and the waiters and general managers (who worked with us) would get the brunt of a decision we didn't make. I'm pretty sure they pushed the self serve kiosks so that they can eventually eventually skimp on paying the waiters.
