They have a fitness center, cafeteria, tennis court, volleyball court, and a very nice building. You are surrounded by large talent and everyone is open to questions. You can gain a large understanding of the California electric grid.
Cons
As an intern, I can't think of any cons other than if there is not a position open, your chances of getting hired are slim
