Calix gives you room to run. The autonomy to build and drive initiatives is a huge plus, and it makes the work genuinely exciting. The team is full of people who care about the mission and about each other. On top of that, the benefits package goes above and beyond what you’d expect from a company of this scale.

Cons

Important tasks get buried under urgent ones. You end up moving many things forward an inch instead of moving the right things forward a mile.

Excellent program for early career individuals and those wanting to pivot industries. Very positive, warm environment to work in and everyone are extremely friendly

Cons

Graduate pipeline program can be considered which will help atteract greater talent and help in retention of interns.
