Cons

We move faster than most tech companies. Takes a little getting used to.

Excellent program for early career individuals and those wanting to pivot industries. Very positive, warm environment to work in and everyone are extremely friendly

Graduate pipeline program can be considered which will help atteract greater talent and help in retention of interns.
