      Incredibly talented, capable, and thoughtful people. We move fast but with accuracy and respect. It's also a highly innovative place in terms of processes, tools and growth. If you can dream it and make it useful, the team is open and you can build it.

      We move faster than most tech companies. Takes a little getting used to.

      Excellent program for early career individuals and those wanting to pivot industries. Very positive, warm environment to work in and everyone are extremely friendly

      Cons

      Graduate pipeline program can be considered which will help atteract greater talent and help in retention of interns.

      Calix has an excellent company culture where employees genuinely support one another. The collaboration across departments is one of its biggest strengths, making it easy to work together toward common goals.
