Every time you turn around another layer is added to management, or one has left. They never stick to one process and protect it, instead another process or team is created and the process changes.

Remote work is great, but limits team cohesion and relationship building.

The collaboration across departments is one of its biggest strengths, making it easy to work together toward common goals. Cons
Compensation could be more competitive, especially for non-Sales roles, as responsibilities grow. Advancement opportunities can also be limited for certain departments, making it challenging for employees looking for long-term career progression within the company.
