Great work environment. CEO provides quarterly meetings to share company direction and vision. Salaries are very competitive. Mangers do not micro-manage your time. Good set of hardware and software tools.
Cons
Company has a tendency to layoff full-time employees and then and hire contractors. Other than that, I don't really have any big complaints about the company.

Incredible culture focused on passion, respect for diverse perspectives, and initiatives that foster innovation. Remote work provides outstanding autonomy, allowing you the freedom to own your schedule and deliver results reliably.
Cons
Remote work is great, but limits team cohesion and relationship building.
Calix has an excellent company culture where employees genuinely support one another. The collaboration across departments is one of its biggest strengths, making it easy to work together toward common goals. The company also offers a great work-life balance and promotes a flexible, respectful work environment that allows employees to be productive while maintaining their personal lives.
Cons
Compensation could be more competitive, especially for non-Sales roles, as responsibilities grow. Advancement opportunities can also be limited for certain departments, making it challenging for employees looking for long-term career progression within the company.
