Thank you for your candid feedback. We are glad to hear from you that you appreciate your benefits package. Calix has invested a great deal to ensure our total reward benefits are extremely competitive and consistent across all positions of our company. We have not raised our medical benefit costs for employees in the last 5 years! We have made it through our Company's transformation and are grateful we can now focus on the opportunity in front us. As we continue to lean in on our cultural pillars of our 3Cs - Create, Collaborate, and Communicate - we will continue to strengthen the connection and alignment of our leadership across all of our organizations.

Pros

Calix has an excellent company culture where employees genuinely support one another. The collaboration across departments is one of its biggest strengths, making it easy to work together toward common goals. The company also offers a great work-life balance and promotes a flexible, respectful work environment that allows employees to be productive while maintaining their personal lives.

Cons

Compensation could be more competitive, especially for non-Sales roles, as responsibilities grow. Advancement opportunities can also be limited for certain departments, making it challenging for employees looking for long-term career progression within the company.
