We have created a culture of collaboration, communication and continuous learning and improvement in everything we do. The business is intense and pace is fast and challenges you to be better. Lastly, Calix is truly passionate about our customers success. Many organizations make this claim, but we live and breathe it everyday. It's who we are! Furthermore, the leadership team from our CEO down clearly and consistently communicates our mission. Every employee at Calix knows their purpose and what we are here to accomplish.
