Pros

Calix has bonafide leadership. They have a vision, take care of their customers and take care of their employees. Great compensation, good work/life balance, respect between internal teams and technology that solves their customers problems.

Cons

Calix requires carrying a separate work phone. This is a required field so had to add something... its not that big of deal really.
