Pros

Calix is a culture like no other experienced in my 20 plus year career. Pro’s - A CEO and entire leadership team that really believes in the value of continuous learning, investing in the success of others and a real better, better, never best culture - work from anywhere at the fabric of organizational DNA and yes they really trust their people…work from home, a coffee shop, an office, slope side or somewhere hot…you really can work from anywhere here and kick butt doing that - Unlimited Vacation Policy and encouraged from CEO down…we work very very hard but people are not only encouraged to take vacation but it’s the norm…yes take that summer trip for 2 weeks or yes take a week off over holidays…we all work hard to enjoy time off with our loved ones - subscriptions to everything for continuous learning…like nothing seen on my career - excellent pay and benefits and tons of perks including a recently revamped wellness program that’s best in class

Cons

Pace is fast so just know that before joining…but honestly this will be your best choice in your career and Calix is the Culture that is setting the bar for how WE as employees can own our destiny together.

Pros

Calix has an excellent company culture where employees genuinely support one another. The collaboration across departments is one of its biggest strengths, making it easy to work together toward common goals. The company also offers a great work-life balance and promotes a flexible, respectful work environment that allows employees to be productive while maintaining their personal lives.

Cons

Compensation could be more competitive, especially for non-Sales roles, as responsibilities grow. Advancement opportunities can also be limited for certain departments, making it challenging for employees looking for long-term career progression within the company.
