Pros

There are lot of exciting work as well as pay is good and as per industry standard. Benefits are pretty much standard as you find in other good companies.

Cons

Sometime work pressure can be overwhelming, and in certain business areas, Calix is still more of a people driven company rather than process driven.

Thank you for the review on Calix! Many employees are energized by the impactful work we do here, and it sounds like you are too. In a rapidly growing company, it can sometimes feel overwhelming. We have implemented "Recharge Days" and "Productivity Days" to help our employees combat meeting fatigue and work on what energizes them most. We hope that these initiatives create space for you to complete work without the interruptions of internal meetings. We are always open to hearing feedback and new ideas. Please reach out to your manager or Talent and Culture Business Partner if you would like to discuss these topics further. Thank you so much again for being a Calix employee and taking time to leave a review!

Pros

Calix has an excellent company culture where employees genuinely support one another. The collaboration across departments is one of its biggest strengths, making it easy to work together toward common goals. The company also offers a great work-life balance and promotes a flexible, respectful work environment that allows employees to be productive while maintaining their personal lives.

Cons

Compensation could be more competitive, especially for non-Sales roles, as responsibilities grow. Advancement opportunities can also be limited for certain departments, making it challenging for employees looking for long-term career progression within the company.
