Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review on your experience as a Calix employee. It is great to hear that you feel fairly compensated and are taking advantage of our many benefits/perks we offer to our employees! Calix is currently in a state of growth as we aim to transform the way our customers support their communities. Our interview process is designed to give our candidates a closer look into Calix, the role, and the role’s purpose, and we ask our interviewers to be transparent and honest when asked questions. Due to this rapid growth, priorities and objectives can quickly shift to meet the needs of the business. This can sometimes result in teams pivoting suddenly and working towards a new goal. Our leaders should be regularly communicating the 'why' behind shifting priorities to make sure their teams fully understand the vision. Please feel free to reach out to your leader or Talent and Culture Business Partner to further address any concerns you may have. We appreciate the feedback you have provided at this time!

Pros

Calix has an excellent company culture where employees genuinely support one another. The collaboration across departments is one of its biggest strengths, making it easy to work together toward common goals. The company also offers a great work-life balance and promotes a flexible, respectful work environment that allows employees to be productive while maintaining their personal lives.

Cons

Compensation could be more competitive, especially for non-Sales roles, as responsibilities grow. Advancement opportunities can also be limited for certain departments, making it challenging for employees looking for long-term career progression within the company.
