Pros

- Descent employee benefits (Food, Cab, WFH Furniture, Health Covers, Fitness Allowance) - Regular ERG events with prizes and fun outings. - Employee Wellbeing programmes - Flexibility in work - For starters you get opportunity to work as IC and lot of good technologies to learn.

Cons

- Bad WLB, too many late night meetings - Management is not easy to reach and not very helpful - No hikes and promotion even after being exceptional performer as company is in cost saving mode. - You will not find brilliant minds here.

We are grateful for your feedback on your experience as a Calix employee. We take pride in our employee health, lifestyle and wellbeing benefits. We are glad that you are enjoying them as well! When working with others across the globe, time zones can make it difficult to connect during standard business hours. We are committed to continuing to discuss how we can ‘create, communicate and collaborate’ and minimize the impact on personal lives. We value feedback around management and will be hosting focus groups locally to further discus and identify action plans.

Incredible culture focused on passion, respect for diverse perspectives, and initiatives that foster innovation. Remote work provides outstanding autonomy, allowing you the freedom to own your schedule and deliver results reliably.

Cons

Remote work is great, but limits team cohesion and relationship building.

Pros

Calix has an excellent company culture where employees genuinely support one another. The collaboration across departments is one of its biggest strengths, making it easy to work together toward common goals. The company also offers a great work-life balance and promotes a flexible, respectful work environment that allows employees to be productive while maintaining their personal lives.

Cons

Compensation could be more competitive, especially for non-Sales roles, as responsibilities grow. Advancement opportunities can also be limited for certain departments, making it challenging for employees looking for long-term career progression within the company.
