Pros

Calix cares about you as a person, you are hired for your perspective and what you bring to the table, your voice is heard and it's a collaborative team environment. There is so much room for growth at Calix, I have always felt valued and the opportunities for continued skill development is endless. Great company with amazing benefits, pay, work-life balance and culture.

Cons

Given Calix is global, working with other time zones can be tricky and requires working outside of typical hours at times, depending on what team you fall under.

Pros

Calix has an excellent company culture where employees genuinely support one another. The collaboration across departments is one of its biggest strengths, making it easy to work together toward common goals. The company also offers a great work-life balance and promotes a flexible, respectful work environment that allows employees to be productive while maintaining their personal lives.

Cons

Compensation could be more competitive, especially for non-Sales roles, as responsibilities grow. Advancement opportunities can also be limited for certain departments, making it challenging for employees looking for long-term career progression within the company.
