Pros

I've had a great experience working here so far. The salary package is competitive, and the hybrid work culture offers a good work-life balance. My manager is chill and supportive, and the colleagues are talented and smart, making the work environment enjoyable and inspiring. The company provides good perks and excellent office facilities. HR communications have improved significantly compared to before, which is a positive change. However, mastering the domain and gaining a deep understanding of the work will take time—it's challenging and different from my previous experiences, but overall, it’s a rewarding journey

Cons

Limited opportunities for interesting and challenging projects, with many employees working on similar tasks. But things are changing these days due to recent architectural changes happening internally.

Pros

Calix has an excellent company culture where employees genuinely support one another. The collaboration across departments is one of its biggest strengths, making it easy to work together toward common goals. The company also offers a great work-life balance and promotes a flexible, respectful work environment that allows employees to be productive while maintaining their personal lives.

Cons

Compensation could be more competitive, especially for non-Sales roles, as responsibilities grow. Advancement opportunities can also be limited for certain departments, making it challenging for employees looking for long-term career progression within the company.
