Not mandatory for every week if you have some urgent work or are not staying well. HR is cooperative and does not poke you much Lots of Outreach Program Talented teammates to work with and learn from. Free Breakfast, Lunch, evening snacks Reimburse Internet bills, they give you 3months/ 6months token gifts Latest Macbook with ample gadgets to help you work smooth you can get Calix RG device to test on directly Not so many late night meetings if you are not Lead in team or Manager. Company gives trainings (In person) , GCP 25 years old company Company Looks Stable and is growing rapidly in revenue and strength

Cons

very small cafeteria Wash room is miserably small for the number of people that go to office Salary is okish not that high like other Mid tire companies .Yet I can't say its less than market standard. Lots of Contractors from Infosys and HCL , makes it chaotic to manage After lunch they always shut down the AC's at the R&D side . I don't know what fetish is that . We are tired complaining Need many more meeting rooms My biggest heartbreak , NO RSU's . there is only ESOPS

Pros

Calix has an excellent company culture where employees genuinely support one another. The collaboration across departments is one of its biggest strengths, making it easy to work together toward common goals. The company also offers a great work-life balance and promotes a flexible, respectful work environment that allows employees to be productive while maintaining their personal lives.

Cons

Compensation could be more competitive, especially for non-Sales roles, as responsibilities grow. Advancement opportunities can also be limited for certain departments, making it challenging for employees looking for long-term career progression within the company.
