      Quarterly team outings Interview conducted is okay.

      Cons

      Poor management in india Toxic communication Cheap quality product. Poor work life balance Leave policy by HR team not applied if you are managers favourite. No hike for years. Shouting in meetjngs. Pathetic HR team.

      Incredible culture focused on passion, respect for diverse perspectives, and initiatives that foster innovation. Remote work provides outstanding autonomy, allowing you the freedom to own your schedule and deliver results reliably.

      Cons

      Remote work is great, but limits team cohesion and relationship building.

      Pros

      Calix has an excellent company culture where employees genuinely support one another.
