I recently celebrated my 13th anniversary with Calix, and I am truly blessed to be part of the Global Technical Support & Success team. Over the years, I have been fortunate to work under exceptional leadership that is always ready to listen and implement necessary changes based on data-driven suggestions. This commitment to being a data-driven company is something I deeply appreciate, as it ensures that decisions are made objectively and transparently. At Calix, individual growth is based on performance rather than internal politics. The flat culture here allows everyone to put the organization and team first, rather than personal ego. Leaders are approachable, and you can openly disagree with them. They listen, get convinced by solid arguments, and are ready to accept when they are wrong.
