Excellent Benefits: Provides cab facilities and free lunch and many more which is enhancing the overall work experience. 4. Challenging Work Environment: Employees work on innovative projects that push the boundaries of technology, fostering professional growth. 5. Supportive Culture: Promotes collaboration and teamwork, making the work impactful and meaningful.

      Cons

      Not much from my side. Some from below; 1. Work-Life Balance: The fast-paced environment can sometimes lead to long working hours. 2. Day care Facility : Currently, Calix India does not provide day care facilities. While the hybrid flexible work option is appreciated, some employees feel that having a day care program would be beneficial

      Pros

      Calix has an excellent company culture where employees genuinely support one another.       Cons

      Compensation could be more competitive, especially for non-Sales roles, as responsibilities grow. Advancement opportunities can also be limited for certain departments, making it challenging for employees looking for long-term career progression within the company.
