Unrealistic Expectations: Leadership tends to set false hopes, creating expectations that are rarely aligned with the actual outcomes or organizational direction. Lack of Decision Stability: Frequent changes in decisions lead to confusion and inefficiency, affecting project momentum and team morale. Heavy Dependence on Manager/Projects: Growth and recognition are entirely dependent on the assigned manager and projects, leading to inconsistent employee experiences. Pressure to Work on AI Without Support: Employees are expected to work on AI-related initiatives without adequate training, clear guidelines, or proper consideration of security implications. This creates unnecessary pressure and potential risk.
