Company leadership provides great direction and aligns the teams Very clear vision on where the company is going Focus on improvement (better, better, never best) is admirable Company clearly differentiates itself from its competitors The company focuses on taking care of its customers and helping them improve their business models - I love that! Great opportunities for the team to try new things, grow, and develop Benefits are very solid and reasonable Remote work is not only a possibility, it's normal - and we do it very well

No significant cons, just the normal things that come along with any company.
