We're glad you find meaning in your work and appreciate the people and leadership at Calix! We hear your feedback on compensation and remote work—these are important considerations that stay top-of-mind for us. Delivering competitive pay and exploring ways to enhance connection and support across teams is essential. In order to create more in person connection time, we started 'Local Meetup Groups' in all major cities across North America. The goal was to create more intentional connection time, in real life, with members of different organizations. Please reach out to your Talent and Culture Business Partner to make sure we get you plugged in to this program. Thank you again for taking time to leave us your feedback on your experience as an employee at Calix!

Pros

Calix has an excellent company culture where employees genuinely support one another. The collaboration across departments is one of its biggest strengths, making it easy to work together toward common goals. The company also offers a great work-life balance and promotes a flexible, respectful work environment that allows employees to be productive while maintaining their personal lives.

Cons

Compensation could be more competitive, especially for non-Sales roles, as responsibilities grow. Advancement opportunities can also be limited for certain departments, making it challenging for employees looking for long-term career progression within the company.
