Pros

Calix has been a great place to grow both personally and professionally. The hybrid work model gives me the flexibility I need, and the cab facility makes commuting hassle-free. I really appreciate the free meals at the office it’s a small thing that makes a big difference in the day. The health insurance is comprehensive and even covers family members, which shows how much the company values our well-being. There’s also a strong focus on mental wellness and continuous learning, which I’ve found really motivating.

Cons

I don't see any as of now.

Pros

Calix has an excellent company culture where employees genuinely support one another. The collaboration across departments is one of its biggest strengths, making it easy to work together toward common goals. The company also offers a great work-life balance and promotes a flexible, respectful work environment that allows employees to be productive while maintaining their personal lives.

Cons

Compensation could be more competitive, especially for non-Sales roles, as responsibilities grow. Advancement opportunities can also be limited for certain departments, making it challenging for employees looking for long-term career progression within the company.
