Pros
The pros is that you'll get 40 hours of work and more. In most cases, employees are expected to work at least 45 hours.
Cons
You get worked like a factory worked 45-50 hours per week but will only get paid for 35-40 because they don't pay you for bathroom time or time off the phones. You'll be asked to come in on Your day off almost always. Good luck climbing the ladder too. There is no ability for promotions.
