This is definitely not your average call center! This company is very family oriented all the way from management, down to the OnCALLogist's. Everyone cares for your success whether inside or outside of work. Call Control possesses a great work environment with employees of outstanding personalities and people who are serious about their work and focused on nothing but improving and making this company grow.

Cons

It is a call center so making calls to customers can have it's ups and downs.

-They rave that you aren't just a number but come to find out you really are whenever they pull your calls to audit. They see you as your agent number. -They treat you like your a damn robot whenever you are working🤖 -The hourly isn't enough
